SHIPPING POLICY

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT

Credit Cards that are accepted include Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Charges to your credit card will occur once you place your order. All orders will be shipped as soon as possible.

CARRIERS

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ReZolve will only accept returns and issue refunds or exchanges on products directly purchased from our website. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of your purchase. We are not responsible for lost packages.

If a package is damaged or contains the wrong items, the customer must contact us within three (3) days of receiving the shipment to start the return/exchange process. We will cover the cost of shipping the original package back to us. Once the original package is received back, we will reship your order free of charge.

For all other returns, exchanges, or refunds past the 30 days, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping and handling fees to us and for the reshipment.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Print the provided return label.

  2. Pack up the item you're returning. Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt received upon initial delivery.

  3. Attach the return label to the package.
